Together we make sure that software will work for you.

Optimization

Are you already using Zendesk, Okta or Microsoft, for example? But are you not completely satisfied with the use of this software? We help you to optimize your software and exploit its potential. Together we will identify your needs and translate them into the relevant software. We will ensure that your organization can work pleasantly and efficiently.

Remote Expertise

Our Remote Expertise service includes unlimited support, monthly (remote) meetings, continuous development and proactive information about everything that is to come. Someone is always available. We read and assess everything in 30 minutes. A contact person you can always reach during office hours. For a fixed amount per month we make sure that you can always contact us with your questions.

During the entire implementation or optimization, one of our colleagues will be your permanent point of contact. So easy for all the inevitable bumps we will encounter!

On site

During implementation and optimization projects you will find us on location once every two weeks. This way we keep personal contact and get to know your organization.

Advice

We do not mince our words and give you honest (sometimes unsolicited) advice on the best solutions. We like to think along with you and then get to work!

Training

We always conclude implementation or optimization projects with training for users and administrators. This way you actually get the most out of the software.
